Recently updated to a new site, Le 21ème Arrondissement is a fabulous blog that captured my as soon as I saw it. The site was started by Adam Sinding and actually got it’s start in Seattle. I think his photography, if not the subjects themselves, are excellent. Adam is notoriously picky about who he photographs and has penchant for black.
